Love shook my heart like the wind on the mountain rushing over the oak trees – Kelsey Danielle

Maybe love is a metaphor for growth.
And when we love, we are forming rings around our hearts, our wrists, our spines like the circles in trees. Each telling a new story, a new age. Some unfinished, some with the unevenness of one hand, some the hurried sense of two hands, two inks and the best rings formed of red and blue circling and entwining around the heart, like arteries and veins, and turning purple at their meeting points, connected forever.
